The Florida Youth Scratch Bowlers Tour is open to all youth bowlers. YABA bowlers of all ages are welcomed to participate in the event held monthly at different locations around the state of Florida.  There are two divisions. The Lower Division is for those bowlers with a Yearbook average of 184 and lower. The upper Divison is for those with a yearbook average of 185 and above. There is a new format we have been following though. This is for all Regular Loschetter bowlers: If you have averaged over 185 or higher in the past 10 tournaments in qualifying, then your in the upper division, if you averaged 184 or below in the past 10 qualifyings, then you are in the lower.

All scholarship money is held in the SMART program. This IS an official USBC Youth Sanctioned Tournament
